At House of Emunah, we want your order to arrive safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping notification once your order is on its way.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150.
Any applicable duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update after your shipping notification.
If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of your order, please contact us at helloemunah@gmail.com.

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but occasionally delays happen. Here's what to do:

Lost package: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Delivered but not received: If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your building's mail area first, then contact us within 2 business days of the delivery date.
Wrong address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Emunah is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We ship across Canada and the United States.
Canadian orders may be subject to provincial taxes calculated at checkout.
US orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees depending on the state and order value.

We currently DO offer international shipping outside of North America.
If available, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import feesdetermined by the destination country.
Emunah is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
International delivery timeframes: 8-10 business days after shipment.
