Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Each piece is made just for you when you order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production, followed by 5–10 business days for shipping within North America (international timelines may run a little longer). You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we're happy to send a little encouragement wherever you are. Shipping rates and delivery windows will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Why is my order arriving in more than one package?
Some orders with multiple items are fulfilled at different production partners, so they may arrive separately. Don't worry — everything you ordered is on its way, even if it doesn't come in one box.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?
Every product page includes a size chart with measurements to help you choose the best fit. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to reach out before you order and we'll gladly help you decide.

Are your unisex pieces true to size?
Our unisex styles are designed with a relaxed, comfortable fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, we'd suggest sizing down — the size chart on each listing will give you exact measurements either way.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Because each item is made to order just for you, we're only able to accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective. If that happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.

I ordered the wrong size — can I exchange it?
We're not able to offer exchanges for sizing on made-to-order items, which is why we encourage checking the size chart closely before ordering. If something still feels off, reach out — we'll do our best to help however we can.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
We're so sorry — please contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

What materials are your products made from?
Materials vary by item — you'll find fabric content and care details listed on each individual product page.

How do I care for my apparel to keep the design looking its best?
We recommend washing inside-out in cold water and air drying or tumble drying on low. This helps protect the print and keep colors vibrant for years of wear.

Are your products made on demand?
Yes. Each item is printed and produced only after you order it. This means less waste sitting in a warehouse and more intention behind every piece — but it also means production takes a few days before your order ships.

What does "Emunah" mean?
Emunah is the Hebrew word for faith. It's at the heart of everything we create — pieces meant to be a quiet, daily reminder of what you believe, wherever your day takes you.

Is House of Emunah a family business?
Yes — we're a small, faith-rooted family business, and every design starts with a verse, a prayer, or a truth we wanted to carry with us. You can read more of our story on our About page.
