At House of Emunah, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Item is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition
  • Item has all original tags attached
  • Item is free from damage, stains, or alterations
  • Purchase was made directly through studioemunah.com

Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns.

Refund Process & Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.

  • To request an exchange, contact us at helloemunah@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at helloemunah@gmail.com
  • Include your order number and photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at helloemunah@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed
